The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.

The program offered to me by the institute was great. It gave me a deeper understanding of what and how Lean Six sigma works in my field of study and even in other sectors. The program gave us each micro and macro details about this quality tool. The trainer is equipped and skilled to impart all his expertise to the class. Kudos! I am quite satisfied with the way of Teaching with full of detail and reply of student's concerns in during sessions and on whats app any time. Counselor is Excellent, She has been following up from start to end to her costumer regarding fee structure, session time and other issues arrangements, course content related issues etc.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in a clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. Exceptional practical knowledge with the flair to teach & zeal & enthusiasm for his subject was remarkable. Mr. Suryansh was extremely accommodative & helpful. He was always forthcoming to help and assist with all issues even at odd times of the day. He was approachable, responsive and polite always.
