Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!

The training plan, modules, and syllabus content for the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” (LSSBB) is designed very nicely. The trainer Mr.Rohit Viramani has explained and covered each and every topic in detail. While explaining the concepts, the trainer shared real-life examples which really helped us a lot & this is the main aspect which I liked very much. The most important of all the training sessions were interactive; which made it an enjoyable & collaborative unique learning experience. The program is easy to understand and very useful in real-life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.
