The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Mr. Shashi is a great trainer. The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.
