The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.

The program is well organized. The discussion made a significant impact to the learners as Mr. Shashi's insights that were driven from his experiences made it more interactive. 8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount. Mr. Sashi was a great teacher and lead the entire training program very well. He was prompt to solve all the queries without any hesitation or annoyance.
