Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The trainer is perfect, very organized, very skilled in the material, has a charisma and giving practical examples, conveying information with simplicity, clarity information about every and all matters. He answers all questions, the explanation is very professional. My counsellor Mr. Vaibhav is very helpful, and helping all the time till the last minute before the exam via WhatsApp and telephone.
