The program was very good I learned a lot and the lectures time was suitable for me. Mr. Shashi was fantastic the way I received the information was simple and direct. He was very interactive with the class. Zeba is incredibly helpful. She responded to my questions and concerns very quickly and guided me during the registration as well as during the course. The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!

The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

Excellent delivery and style of teaching. The trainers command over the topics is very good and the way he handles all queries during and after the classes is admirable. The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.
