The way the program was structured is excellent. Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. The program has extensively covered the syllabus as per Industry Standards. Trainer Mr. Shashi explained it in a very simple manner and was easy to understand. Vanshika has been very helpful throughout the journey. She responds to every query immediately. The service team is Very responsive.

The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

The entire program and training are very encouraging and suitable for the anyone who takes it. Suggestion to have a simple exam on every trainer. The counsellor, Rose, is very accommodating and can be easily reached.
