The program is very informative through the detailed discussion of Mr. Sashi. I was able to have a clearer idea of lean six sigma backed up with examples which I can use in my future projects. He is very knowledgeable of the topics and enthusiastic about what he is discussing. He also entertains all questions from the class. The Service Team is very assistive in all of my concerns especially when I lose my access to this account before. Immediate assistance was provided to me.

The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.
