Mr. Sashi is a very professional trainer. He has a lot of patience in explaining every detail of the answers to the questions of each student even if it will spend more time in one particular topic. I truly admire his knowledge and expertise in Lean Six Sigma. Ms. Michelle is very active, hardworking, and a 24/7 support. I wonder how she manages all students query. You are amazing. I am thankful for the entire IMC team. You're institution is highly commendable for LSS education and training. It was a great pleasure to attend the online sessions provided and the high level of care and follow up provided by Miss Michele and Miss Zeba. The course was really informative and fascinating. I think a lot of us will comment on how useful it was. Mr. Sashi conveys the information with knowledge and sincerity. We were able to put Lean Six Sigma Green Belt into perspective with the aid of the resources that were supplied. They are uncomplicated, simple to use, and useful tools that we may use in our professional life. Being advised by Ms. Aliya Younus was an excellent opportunity and experience. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
