Mr. Shashi Prakash has an excellent way to explain complex things from basic. A new way for me to learn anything virtually and effectively. The service team has ensured the right from enrollment to timely sharing of the information during the course.

I attended the virtual class by Mr. Rohit and I can say that the training was good. I just wish that it had a more practical approach because there's just too much information. What I'm expecting was real-life application of the methods and tools. What are the problems they encountered as a six sigma practitioner and how were they able to solve problems using these methods. I want to know more of the practical/business side and what they did to help a business while using six sigma. It's easier to learn if you can relate yourself to these experiences instead of just teaching it the way academic teachers do. But Mr. Rohit is very knowledgeable and it would be interesting to know his experiences on applying six sigma to his past projects. I am very sure that his students will learn a lot from these experiences. Ms. Zeba is great at assisting me from my queries to my academic needs. She's very helpful and understanding.

I had a great time doing this course and everyone involved in the IMC has made it a great experience. I look forward to doing more courses with you guys in the future and have been recommending you to everyone I know. The program was excellent and was explained in a simple way, The Trainer is really great. Surbhi is an amazing person, she is marvellous, fabulous, and fantastic. I am much lucky to have her as my counsellor. The Service Team was available 24 hours answering each and every time politely.

The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.
