Trainer Mr. Debashish is providing a good understanding of concepts. Learning is easy & understandable. Mr. Viplav cleared all doubts very promptly & is a very responsible person. All clarities asked are resolved in a short time. Ms. Michelle is prompt in support & service response is very quick & good.

The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.
