My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!

Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.

Provide more practice or hands on for the analysis tools; All reference materials are helpful and able to shed some light on the topics that are difficult during the recorded discussions. The program has all the details to equip one with the basic foundational elements of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The trainer has mastery of the course and teaches with professionalism and experience. He has too much examples to bring the literature to the real world and for this, i am confident that i have the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. Very supportive in providing the needed advise to students. I have been able to make some good decisions about LSS based on their expert advice. Service team too is great.
