The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. All presentations and methods used by IMC are innovative and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of very informative, interactive, and very well conducted. It was an awesome experience overall. I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization!
