The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. The training was absolutely worthy to gain in depth knowledge on the statistical approach to problem solving. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable. The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality.
