Outstanding program, with a nice curriculum definition and its awesome execution. Elaboration and detail of the topics in a great way to create the best understanding of the audience. Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent. Excellent experience of all Service Team specifically the Counsellor and in teaching the trainers too.

The Trainer always encourages participation, and ensures that participants understood the discussion. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles. My counsellor has been very helpful in my journey to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She assisted me all the way, and was very patient and understanding in addressing all my concerns. The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Service Team is always approachable and accommodating.

The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! Great customer support from the beginning to the end of the process. The team are really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.
