Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test.
