The program was very Good. The Counsellor had great expertise in Lean Six Sigma and carried a polite gesture through my journey in IMC. He had deep expertise in lean six sigma subjects. The service team provided great support!

The program is very educational and informative especially for me as a working in the Production and operations department of my company. Special thanks to the trainer Dr. Mohammad, who is very knowledgeable of lean six sigma classes and topics. He gives examples that were easy to understand for someone like me who is first learning the importance of Lean six sigma. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. I also would like to commend Michelle, she assisted in all of my classes, very patient and dedicated. Kudos to both of you, Rose and Michelle! Cheers!

This is one the best training course I have taken. It will help me improve my career as well the organization I am connected with. It will help our organization improve its processes and procedures. Kudos to Zeba! She is very accommodating and always offered prompt assistance. I am very thankful to her because my LSSGB was easier because of her friendly assistance.

The program is excellent with great customer support that is religiously giving her utmost assistance. The training is clearly communicated with regards to the set-up, schedule, outline, etc. The trainer as well as excellent knowledge on the subject and the teaching strategy is great as well as giving practical examples.
