The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. Surbhi was exceptional in ensuring we are informed about all the activities on time. The Service Team provided all the necessary login information and support as and when required.

The trainer was great and knows what he is doing. His experience is very good. Would just be better if it's a face-to-face class. Arfa is really great and accommodating. While doing this course, I had lots of things happening both in my personal life and work, and the extensions and accommodations are top-notch! The Service Team is always approachable and accommodating.

The program and trainer are both very effective and efficient. Ms. Rose and Ms. Michelle have been both very helpful, respectful, and kind despite my consistent queries, frequent clarifications, and requests for assistance. The program was good. The trainer is a real experienced Master Black Belt, who have completed LSS projects in their career. Shares actual examples on how the SS phases were done with tips on what to look out for. Zeba is amazing. She will work out a plan on how to get you onboard, and makes sure you are taken cared. I appreciate her frequent calls to check up on me on how the previous sessions went. She made sure that the program is worth every cent you paid for. She made sure you set up for success.

8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount.
