The program, though short, is pack with necessary information to learn the fundamentals and the essentials of Lean Six Sigma and also helpful to acquire the LSSGB Certification. The Trainer on the other hand, is very approachable and know how to listen to the trainees as well. He is very generous in sharing what he can to help the trainees. Mr. Farhan is very supportive and respond as early as he can to every relevant queries.

The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.

Zeba was very easy to talk to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated despite of my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Zeba to anyone looking to work through things in this course, she was kind, thoughtful and always reliable even when I was a bit awkward about finding times that suited my schedule. Service team is swift. It's always a thumbs up for a very fast and accurate service.

Mr. Shahshi is a great trainer, covered a lot of ground which i might have raised if i had gone live with the class , coordinator is very helpful too. Thanks everyone for their support. I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience. Mr. Shashi Prakash was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. This program helped me improve how I analyze data in a more statistical way using minitab which will be handy for other future projects that I will manage. Ms. Zeba Fatima is very helpful and very responsive when I have clarification about the program.

The LSSGB Program is comprehensive whilst able to accommodate learners of various backgrounds. It is worthy to note that the IMC teaching model via online is easy and comprehensible. This would not be possible without our Trainer’s expertise and professionalism. He was graciously accommodating to our learning needs; ensuring that we totally grasp and satisfied the respective topics during the session. Indeed, my learning journey for the Lean- Six Sigma Green Belt with IMC has been fruitful and meaningful. Our IMC Counselor, Rose Ann de Luna has satisfactorily provided her awesome support in guiding and providing information necessary to continue the course. From the introduction of the program up to the assistance needed during the LSS program, her dedication was superb!
