Program is well organised. The trainer is knowledgeable and effective in giving lectures. It will make you stay awake. Mr. Farhan and Michelle are approachable and polite, easy to deal with.

The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class. They provided a comprehensive and interactive approach to learning. Also the self-paced program was really helpful for employees who are busy with their day job like me. Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

Ms. Rose Ann is a very congenial facilitator and ever ready to help making this a reality. she is also supportive and unselfish to extend her assistance. she went through the information at an appropriate pace. thank you very much.
