I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the LSSBB Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was indeed challenging though extremely informative and incredibly useful. I have attended several trainings before but I can't recall any of them having such a strong impact. Mr. Shashi have done a wonderful job and I appreciate your efforts. You are truly a MASTER indeed. I would like also to thank Ms. Rose for her untiring during the whole process. I will surely recommend this training to all my colleagues and friends. I, myself, would love to attend future training organized or featured by you. Jessie Ms. Rose is such an exceptional staff. She deserves recognition. She always entertain inquiries and providing utmost assistance.

It's a very good program that helps participants to gain stronger problem-solving techniques that all industries need in their candidates. Zeba manages the IMC center effectively and is able to solve customer problems during and outside working hours. The team members are available to serve customers on time and solve their issues.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment. I am sure she accommodates other students as well, but she didn't make me feel like I am on a queue as she is very responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Kudos!

I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience. Mr. Shashi Prakash was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. This program helped me improve how I analyze data in a more statistical way using minitab which will be handy for other future projects that I will manage. Ms. Zeba Fatima is very helpful and very responsive when I have clarification about the program.
