The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

The program is really helpful and informative. It gave me tips on how the examination will look like and at the same time provided me tips on how to answer questions from the exam. Counsellor was really helpful everytime I have questions and even extended help for when I have clarifications.

The LSSYB program was very informative. A lot of helpful principles and applicable learnings. The video was also crucial in ensuring that the learning was well understood. Very happy with the support and direction provided by Ms. Rose. Grateful for the clarification and the prompt response I always get!
