I was enrolled on web based training only then they informed me that I can join the virtual class. Grateful for that! I really admire Mr. Shashi's way of teaching. His format (arrangement of topics) of teaching made it easier for me to understand LSSGB, he is very patient also. Actually, watching Mr. Shashi's training is enough for me to pass the exam because he almost covered the necessary topics in the actual. Its a very good program and the way of teaching was excellent, communication with the counselor was very good and she answers all the queries in time.

Great explanation and presentation ways and good opportunities to ask questions and answered with complete explanation and exercise. Zeba was so supportive and I got full assistance from her whenever I needed.

The virtual recording by Mr Shashi Prakash was excellent. I did not feel sleepy for the course of 3 hours and was very much. Zeba is helpful from the start and was very accommodating to my complex schedule. The service Team responds immediately.

The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.
