I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction . I am thankful for the trainers for always doing their best to deliver the lessons and giving situations for us to understand the lessons more. And also trainers always try to make everyone involved in the discussion. I will keep striving to learn more about this and hopefully, I am able to apply it to my future jobs and companies. I am thankful to Miss Rose Ann de Luna, for always there to answer all my queries regarding my course and for also assisting my needs while taking the course.

Mr. Pankaj's experiences as a subject matter expert of the course are truly traced by his insights to the given practical examples as set by the learners. The methodology is a great learning experience. Ms. Rose's assistance is commendable ensuring that all requests are being attended thoroughly and timely.

Mr. Shashi was explained clearly and examples were provided to be understood easily. Ms. Zeba always acts promptly to provide needed assistance. Ms. Frixie always provide assistance for what I needed and promptly responded to queries.

Neetu is well versed on conducting the training. Very patient in answering questions. Possesses good knowledge and in sharing techniques.Counselor is very much accommodating.

PMP virtual classes were clear, structured, very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step, very easy to understand. Support experience for the PMP training was great. Vaibhav who always made himself available whenever we need him. Promptly answered all our questions, made himself available even on his "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all the help.
