Mr. Sashi is a very professional trainer. He has a lot of patience in explaining every detail of the answers to the questions of each student even if it will spend more time in one particular topic. Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us in fact it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest.
