The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.

Big thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise in a level that is easy to understand. He is very patient to give a lot of examples especially during times where a certain topic is not easy to digest for most of us. Big thanks to IMC for this great program. 8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount. But thanks to IMC I have fulfilled my long-held dream. Ayisha Hazim fulfilled my long-held dream by giving a good promo. She's very accommodating and always reminding me to prepare for assessment

The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. I believe the trainers were great at doing their job. I can recommend it to my colleagues.
