Everything is up to mark. It was genuine, unexpected and unforgettable support from Ms. Nanka. Even in her hard times, she was replying and trying to resolve my issue related to exams which touched the most to me. I appreciate her support throughout this learning. She's the best and would request to the management to retain such a person in the organisation who made their brand name superior. Mr. Suryansh supported and resolved all the queries. I must say the course content and delivery method is excellent. Trainer Mr. Shahsi Sir is awesome and he describes every topic very thoroughly. The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. Lean Six Sigma has been my guiding principle in my engineering and manufacturing profession. I was trained by my mentors 8 years ago with LSS and practiced it then on during my employment. Getting this official certification for LSS Black Belt is an achievement and milestone and forever I will be grateful especially to my IMC Trainer. It was a struggle completing the course as I have job responsibilities and other milestones being started also. But IMC has been supportive and understanding. So after 3 months I am now Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Program is very clear to its objectives and class collaboration has been really effective. I also got my LSS Green Belt certification from IMC, so for me, it is continuous learning from the IMC Team. Farhan and Sofia are very supportive and understanding.
