Mr Shashi is very detailed and never leaves a topic until everyone in the class understands the topic. Im truly impressed by his expertise on the lessons. I also genuinely enjoyed each class as he relates the ideas in the simplest examples to which we can relate and understand. The LSSGB program is really informative and useful for all kinds of industries. Rose has been the best support I can ever ask for. From enrollment up to the day I passes the exam. She's readily available to answer all my queries despite the difference in our time zones.

I had recently enrolled for Lean Six Sigma course at IMC. It was really an amazing professional learning experience . The trainer Akther Khan way of teaching was excellent and the examples/exercises she gave us were really helpful in understanding each and every topic of the curriculum. Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. The classes are really effective. Sofia is really supportive in arranging required study materials and continuous follow up on each stages for any additional support on arranging classes or clearing doubts with the instructor.
