The program was very well organized and planned. Trainer (Mr. Shashi) is very knowledgeable and patient enough to clarify any doubts. Farhan was very encouraging and supportive. He was always available for answering any questions at any point in time (even on off days). I am really glad to have got in touch with him as he is one of the main reason for me to feel motivated in competing LSSBB.

Programmer has done a very well job in remaining the attendees with prior message on the day in the group and few mins prior to the schedule which was very much appreciable & encouragable. Thanks for you good job. Trainer, (Mr. Shashi) he is a professionalize with amazing hands on experience with vast, understandable, easy & quick examples & was treating us as an equally knowledge. His replies to all of our questions is purely related to the ones department who is questioned with different domain skill sets. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!
