The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems. Surbhi has been extensively helpful to address any issues and concerns during the course. She has been prompt to respond on messages throughout the journey, which made the learning journey with IMC even more convenient. Michelle has been helpful so far to connect and liase with any issues.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. The program is so much professional and interesting that I recommend it to every individual in nurturing their knowledge and building their success. The Trainer is very well-versed in the course and delivers the topics in the simplest manner by giving examples and illustrations. I did not take Greenbelt Training though I have background in Statistical research but Mr. Shashi explained everything like I was taking a Masters Degree in Statistics. Got certified after 10 years in Process Excellence. Rose is very prompt and accommodating.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.
