Mr. Shashi sir is very good and he explained everything very well. his examples were very practical and are related to the real world. Michelle is very good and helping, she has always helped me every time, she shared all the information as when required.

The lecturer was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent explanations and presenting skills. went to many areas of the field and provided examples to assist tie theoretical knowledge to practical applications. A wonderful experience all around. The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. Can't thank you enough.

Overall a very detailed and through program which helps me to get the basics of Lean & six sigma methodologies will surely help me in my professional career. The Counsellor and the Service Team were very helpful throughout the process.

I am highly thankful to the IMC for arranging such a great Trainer Mr. Shashi. I love him. I will always love to attend his class even after getting a Master belt certification. This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional.
