Mr. Shashi Prakash is an excellent trainer anyone can have, as he delivers the concepts and provides insights to practical world professionally. The tech support and interfaces are very user friendly. This helps students to take-up classes and understand them without any interventions.

The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I struggled somehow due to the language barrier, as the Indian facilitator paid a little more attention to their local attendees.
