The program was well designed and very interactive. The sessions not only included the concepts, but also the live examples and experiences of the practitioner. Overall support throughout the program was very good.

The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data. Mr. Shashi teaching methods are great. Thank u Mr. Shashi and Mr. Gaurav provides good guidance. It is very good program to gain more knowledge in lean six sigma. Mr. Shashi Prakash really he is a greatest facilitator ever I come across in my life.He is such an amazing person with inter personal skills. Ms. Michelle & Sofia are also very cooperative and polite with us and helped lot.

The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions. Only the good things to our trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash :) Counselors are the best as well. They have been very accommodating and patient and will really help you achieve your goals despite your busy work schedule.
