I appreciated how the instructor surveyed the class before to get a sense of what we all wanted to take away from the course. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all of the hard work Rajeev does as a student counsellor and your guidance and support during my recent academic struggles were instrumental in helping me stay on track and achieve my goals. I really enjoyed the course. It was very interesting and useful. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply. The counsellor is so professional and skilled. He seemed to really understand and help me to achieve my goals. His advice and way of communicating has been really helpful.

Mr. Shashi is every excellent in teaching and his patience with all his students are outstanding and very professional, i thank him for all the additional learnings and support. Ms. Zeba is very kind and reliable, i would like to thank her for all the support until the end. Mr. Shashi was a wonderful trainer his way of explanation and shared examples on relevant topics were excellent. Ms. Zeeba she is very cooperative and supportive. Always a call away for any concern.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

I think this is a great program to spread learning and make people professionally strong. Customer support is doing a good job in supporting us in every possible way. Something I really appreciate is the training procedure and I really admire the trainer, what a great way of teaching all the trainees. Looking forward for the black belt training. Thank you.
