Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

The way the program was structured is excellent. Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people.
