I found the course to be very well designed, easy to follow and complete in a very short time period. I really appreciate the course. The program is well-tailored especially for people with no exposure/basic knowledge of Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. I am grateful for the knowledge and inspiration that the trainer provided during the program run. The institute and its programs are highly recommended especially for individuals who want to grow and develop professional aspirations. Shaza has also provided stellar support to attend to my needs, most especially that I can only study on weekends.

Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute. Mr. Shashi is the master and he knows how to deliver the thing fluently. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!
