The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan was very supportive and helpful as she always take feedback, cleared all queries and explained in such a way which make me understand better. I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. The program is very detailed. I was able to go through it and learn for myself. Customer support is great and very supportive. The training was a full Self-learning as I did not enroll in the Online course. But the modules I had and the access to the site given to me was more than helpful for me to learn. Provide more practice or hands on for the analysis tools; All reference materials are helpful and able to shed some light on the topics that are difficult during the recorded discussions.
