Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.

Mr. Pankaj is an excellent trainer and had definitely inspired the class to do their best. The entire program is competitive and challenging yet very informative and worth it. I chose the self-paced to ensure that I will be able to manage my time properly. Material wise, it is excellent because everything that I need is available. The trainers are well verse with their craft. They are entertain and answer question that can be easily understood. Ms. Rose is always welcoming and I commend her for taking the time to always answer my inquiries whether it is about the course, the certificate and other related things.

This is the best online course I have taken on courses. The trainer I appreciate the effort to script each lecture. The course is very to the point and has a good structure and concise. I would like to continue to next course.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.
