Secondly, with no doubts I would say, your team is very supportive and quick in giving assistance whenever required.

The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

The program is well-tailored especially for people with no exposure/basic knowledge of Green Belt Lean Six Sigma. I am grateful for the knowledge and inspiration that the trainer provided during the program run. The training contains comprehensive information and learnings partnered with various references for the application and usage of Six Sigma in different case studies. In-depth study and analysis of the Green Belt coverage of Six Sigma. Rose is very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns and she has been consistently prompt in her responses while maintaining a very friendly interaction.
