The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.

6 sigma program one course I thanks that all top management and employees should have. After this course I realized what happened in most company businesses and how important is the quality. I took this program on flexible online. It was a good experience. I face some challenges but thanks to the support team they are always there for supporting me. The virtual class was great with good quality voice and video. I'm happy to continue my journey for Black belt.

Mr. Pankaj is an excellent trainer and had definitely inspired the class to do their best. The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. Appreciate Mr. Shashi who was so dedicated in getting the learners’ queries answered promptly. He also was generous enough to share is massive knowledge on every subject matter. Ms. Kritika and Shaza are amazing counsellors, I also appreciate people who respond quickly and on point. They’re rockstars!

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)
