The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions. Only the good things to our trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash :) Counselors are the best as well. They have been very accommodating and patient and will really help you achieve your goals despite your busy work schedule.

Mr. Shashi was very knowledgeable and clear when discussing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. It was a great opportunity to learn from the best. Thank you for the knowledge you have given me. Surbhi Tiwari support as a Counsellor very useful to me. Whenever i contact her very supportive and explain everything very clearly, The way of talking and explain everything is very Impressive if i will continue in future other Courses with IMC. The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.

MR. SHASHI SIR is explained all concepts very well with clearly explained for any topic. IMC service team is good service provide and good platform for learning things and good support for exam and guidance is very well and also best learning for long distance people in one way.

I really enjoyed the course. Shashi is wonderful trainer with great experience. His training methodology is more focused approach on practical implementation rather than just theoretical. Rose is friendly and more approachable
