It was very well designed with real scenarios and was intuitive. The Trainer Ms. Akhter Jahan Khan's presentation on the subject was marvellous. Right from the beginning, the counsellor very professionally explained the course and its market value. The Service Team is very supportive throughout the training program.

Mr. Shashi Prakash explains the LSSBB in easy way and I learn a lot. I hope to take Master black belt with him in future. Sofia and Michelle helped me a lot. they answered my emails and calls and do best to understand my problem. Part of my success because of them.

I was really fortunate to get trained by Mr Shashi Prakash, the Lean & Six Sigma concepts are very clearly understood with the real-time interface with Minitab application usage. Mr Shashi is a very passionate and patient teacher. Thanks a lot for helping me to get certified in Lean Six Sigma. Soumya Verma was very helpful in the process of onboarding in the trainings and clear communication during the training days also continued till the end of the final examination. Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!
