I think you did a great job when you ran the all-hands meeting. It showed that you are capable of getting people to work together and communicate effectively. I admire your communication skills. The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries. I could have not taken the LSSGB without her dedication and passionate approach on persuading me to take the course.

Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.

Program: It is very nicely compiled course which is applicable for any business as a whole or even for individuals facing day to day issues during work. Trainer: Mr. Shashi himself has great knowledge about the subject. With simple examples during the classes subject became more interactive and interesting. Michelle supported me throughout the course. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.

The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. Can't thank you enough.
