The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test. The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her.
