The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. The trainer, Shashi Prakash, is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, sharing the learning based on combination of theory and real life experiences. I believe a wide variety of topics were covered in a detailed manner over the course of the training. This was indeed a great opportunity and experience. Mr. Shashi Prakash was excellent with great communication skills and was really prompt in clearing all the doubts and confusions. This program helped me improve how I analyze data in a more statistical way using minitab which will be handy for other future projects that I will manage.
