Very powerful session and the Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash explained everything in an easy way. Ms. Sampada explained and provide information with good study content. I appreciate it as she helped me in registering for the course. She was easygoing and gave her best to help me out throughout the course. everything is Perfect under Service Team.

The way the program was structured is excellent. Our Trainer Mr. Shashi is evidently a master of his trade, a well experienced LSS practitioner who was open to sharing practical lessons during the program. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.
