Mr. Pankaj was simply amazing! He had a wealth of experience and expertise and was able to convey complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions.
