The program was great and very helpful especially for me who is working on an engineering industry. Aside from my career advancement, the program helped me nurture my managerial and leadership abilities. Training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier.
