Trainer was very clear in her explanation of the content and how all the topics may be asked during the examination, I found that very helpful.

It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and is directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi Prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

It was an enriching experience with IMC's Lean six sigma black belt course. The training was executed very professionally, it allowed open discussion with practical examples by trainer Rohit Virmani... which made it easier to successfully complete the Lean Six Sigma Black belt at the first attempt. They have provided excellent customer service and ensure that the client’s concerns are being addressed in a timely manner.
