Very informative, often information is incomplete and hard to understand but helped get to the point/ goal. My counselor is Ms. Zeba, she is very helpful and patient, I may not have been able to pass because of this. I am very thankful! I recommend her fully.

Mr. Shashi Prakash was the best trainer. His way of teaching is very simple and out of words to explain. He's very communicative and takes enough time to describe even subsidiaries. Thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash. This is my first experience and seems perfect.

The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.
